• The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Best Rate Roofing, LizDev Inc., and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
